The DBSU2448 Web Based system has been developed to maximize the level of detail that can be tracked in order to produce reports that most systems cannot produce, and report on performance in all areas down to ground staff level within 24 to 48 hours.

With more than 20 available tracking levels, it may sound like a lot of work and discipline required, to provide the system with information. To alleviate this problem, “digital scanning” techniques have been adopted to actually reduce “direct” data input, to a bare minimum, thus reducing staff input. The current form of digital scanning used in Retail to scan bar codes, adds to the power of automation already being used in the DBSU2448 scanning process which is a process created to cater for all shapes and sizes, and not just bar codes. Combined, these two processes open up all sorts of exciting prospects in automation, reducing costs and speeding up reporting even further, making Retail ideally suited to this system.Also, with DBSU2448 being able to be compatible with other existing systems, through strong “text reading features”, one can run both systems to compliment each other. The inventory features, forecasting capabilities and long term cash flow projections in the DBSU2448 system are also very suitable for this industry.

This system has been designed to not only cater for corporate concerns, but for small business concerns as well, using simple spreadsheet interfaces which most people can understand, adopting a very flexible approach to reporting from small to big, with tracking options that are “optional” and not a “must do” to allow small businesses to keep things simple.
