Quality Control relies on daily monitoring of quantities completed to enable update of ITP's, Test Requests, adequate testing and other quality related requirements to be kept up to date.

Poor quality control can have negative impact on cash-flow due to non payments for work completed but not signed off.

Through VBA Interfaces and GPS data, quality control can be updated automatically on a daily basis.

DBSU has developed a Web Service support Package that updates this information daily, and the files are uploaded on a secure site, and available for download every day.

The root files are also available for those that wish to develop their own reports.

Tracking material types, Lot Areas, quantities completed, haulage and water usage are some of the details included in the database support files.

This Option now moves the user closer to the Costing and Financial Reporting options.
