Digital Documentation

Digital Documentation was taken up by DBSU  initially while customizing VBA interfaces supplied to clients. It has now got to the stage where every item of documentation is scanned and automatically pegged to the data. This has proved to be an immense time saver when looking for supporting information.

The current areas being covered are:
1. Invoicing
2. Quality Control
3. Correspondence Register including emails.(No more sub-directories of sub-directories of sub-directories, etc.)
4. Time-Sheets for Pay Roll
5. Purchase Requisitions and Plant Maintenance documentation.
